She is survived by: her children, Kathy Chavez (Ralph), Michael Peroutka (Donna) and Gary Peroutka (Ann); her grandchildren, Jason Peroutka, Andrea Weber (Craig), Katelyn, Benjamin Peroutka, Cody, Samantha, Tyler (Jacci) and Kyle Chavez (Heidi); and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Isabella, Parker, Taylor, Maddy, Gage and Brooklynn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
