Lester Leavitt Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lester Leavitt of Merrill, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 28, 2022 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lester Leavitt to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Leavitt and Alice Leavitt (Plautz); his siblings, Thomas, Edward, Harold, Nancy and Lucille; his stepchildren, Elaine Wiedenhof and Wayne Plum; and his brother-in-law Robert Van Slate.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Leavitt; his sister Karen Van Slate; his stepchildren, Beverly Bootz (Jeff) and Scott Plum (Sandy); and his sisters-in-law, Helen Leavitt and Carol Leavitt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations be made in Lester's name to the Lincoln County Humane Society.
