He is survived by: his parents, Lindy Lindquist and Lee Ann Lindquist; his sister Kirsten Meyer (Jeff); his nephews, Carson and Corbin Meyer of Spring Branch, Texas.; and his cousins, James Hedin (Bobby Jo), Steve Hedin (Stacey), JoAnne Johnson (Russ), Mark Miller, Scott Miller (Caroline), Laura Miller (Jamin) and Erica Ross (Michael).
