He is survived by: his parents, Lyle Wehrs and Mary Wehrs; his spouse Jamie Luepke; his stepchildren, Seth Wehrs and Nina Wehrs of Wausau; his granddaughter Rivendell; and his siblings, David (Bobbi), Richard (Elizabeth), Ruth Lentz (James Nock), Janet Timm (Glenn), Millville, Jeri Wehrs and Plainview. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in his name to St. Johns Lutheran, Merrill, Immanuel Lutheran, Plainview, or a favored Veterans Association.
