She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Weber and Ella Weber; her husbands, Richard Newell and Kenneth Shaler; her son Jon Newell; her sister Barbara Dintelman; and her aunt Alvina Kressel (Kakes).
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Newell (Kerri) of Rolla, MO and Bruce Newell (Janice) of Sun Prairie, WI; her grandsons, Richard Newell (Taylor), Jason Newell (Jennifer) and Adam Newell (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Della and Jackson; her stepchildren, Steve Shaler (Kendall) of Old Towne, ME and Nancy Clauss (Charlie) of Minneapolis, MN; her stepgrandchildren, Ross Shaler, Kelsey Shaler, Amelia and Margaret Clauss; her brothers, Bill Weber (Carol) and Jerry Weber (Sandy); and her brother-in-law George Dintelman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
