He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Zellmer and Minnie Zellmer (Kopetzky); his significant other Joyce Gibson; his daughter Lynn; his siblings, Warren (Kathe), Cyril Zellmer (Wanda), Phyllis Wallace (Glenn) and Maryann Blair (Herb); and his son-in-law Bruce Robinson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Robinson, Rebecca Vanden Huevel (Terry), Janice Zellmer and Mary Buttke (Scott); his grandchildren, Amy Van Alstine (Frank), John Kleinschmidt (Angel), James Bergh (Sara), David Kleinschmidt, Wyatt Buttke (Stacey) and Krystine Mensching; and his great grandchildren, Cassandra, Nicholaus Kleinschmidt, Lauren Van Alstine, Alle, Ella Bergh, Jayden and Abigail Buttke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family recommends donations to St Francis Xavier Catholic School in Merrill, or Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services.
