He was predeceased by: his parents, James Knauft Lewis and Alice Louise Lewis (Kidder). He is survived by: his wife Janice Adair Lewis (Femling); his children, James F. Lewis (Judy Landowski), Linda Hamp (Don Hamp) and John R. Lewis (Monica Lewis); and his grandchildren, Joel A. Lewis (Melissa Engels-Lewis), Wausau, Kat Thomas (Lewis), Jennifer Hamp, Joseph Hamp and Kevin Hamp.
