Jack Leroy Burkam Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Leroy Burkam of Merrill, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 4, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil H. Burkam and Florance O. Burkam (Taylor); his wife Margie Ann Bergman; his grandsons, Henry Mangel and TJ Schrezer; his great grandchild Payton Frick; and his siblings, Judy Burkam, Thelma Burkam and Donald Burkam.
He is survived by: his children, Zeb Burkam and Star Scherzer (Ron); his grandchildren, Megan Mangel, Toni Frick (Ben), Mathew Scherzer (Taylor), Paul Brandon Scherzer (Kyla), Richard Burkam (Amber) and Dylan Burkam; and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Keyton Frick, Emma, Ava Mangel, Riley, Raegan Scherzer, Braelynn, Emrick Burkam and Christian Kinningham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to the American Red Cross or Lincoln County 4-H in loving memory of Jack.
