He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Heath and Ruth Heath (Boettcher); his parents-in-law, Edgar and Kathryn Zimmerman; and his brother-in-law Dale Zimmerman.
He is survived by: his pet Gus; his brother Del; his wife Judy Heath; his sons, Ryan Heath and Doug Heath (Molly); his siblings, Patricia Woller (Dan), Delbert Heath, Cherie Kultgen (Robert), Nancy Kasper (Terry) and Jeffrey Heath (Sherry); and his sister-in-law Terri Sukow (Terry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
