Gary Porath Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2020, at the age of 72, Gary Porath (Merrill, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Porath and Selma Porath (Woller); and his sister Connie. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Mehring (Schwalbach); his children, Andrew Porath (Crystal), Nathan Porath (Angie) and Stephany Wilson (Terry); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Porath, Callon, Cassidy, Chase Porath, Xavier Wilson, Mariah and Quintin Wilson; and his siblings, Tom Porath (Pat), Judy Buch (Jerome), Barb Prei (Gene), Debra Teske (Craig), Mary Carazalla (Billy), Sandy Buch (Jeff), Susan Zietlow (Rod), Jeff Porath (Nancy) and Mark Porath (Melissa). He is also survived by nieces & nephews, many aunts & uncles.
To comply with the current COVID-19 recommendations and for the safety of all, a public drive thru visitation for Gary will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 11AM to 2PM at Waid Funeral Home, 301 South Eagle Drive, Merrill, WI 54452.
