He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Rowe and Myrtle Rowe (Nelson); his wife Judith'Judy'Rowe; his son Timothy'Tim''Doughboy'Rowe; and his siblings, Mary Green, Margaret Rice, Carol Zank, Bonnie Buntrock, Betty Mae Rowe and Lloyd Rowe.
He is survived by: his sister Barbara Bie (Hank) of Antigo; his daughter Janie'Jane'Rowe (Jamie LeSage) of Merrill; his daughter-in-law Brenda Rowe of Merrill; his grandson Brian Rowe (Cammie Schram); his great grandchild Braylee Rowe; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Adriana Schram and Riley Schram of Merrill; and his daughter Kim Schwartz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in honor of Eugene can be made to Lincoln County Humane Society.
