She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Johnson; her son Richard; her siblings, George, Milton, Theodore, Phyllis, Annette and Lois; and also Dick.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Schmidt (Gary) of Merrill, Linda Legare (Orin) of Randolph, MN, John Johnson (Audrey) of Gleason and Randy Johnson (Denée) of Cannon Falls, MN; and her grandchildren, Stacey, Angela, Timothy, Corey, Tyler, Noel, Tara, Dane, Brandon, Hillary, Blake and Brady. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
