With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doreen K. Pockat-Viesselmann of Merrill, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 7, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Bushar Sr. and Patricia Bushar (Brown); and her brother Arnold'Arnie'Bushar Jr.. She is survived by: her husband David Viesselmann of Merrill; her daughter Ann Koeller (Richard) of Sheboygan; her grandson Gregory Koeller (Jillian) of Sun Prairie; her stepchildren, Andrew Viesselmann of Anna and Jessica Anderson of Lacey, Washington; her stepgrandson Arthur Anderson of Lacey, Washington; her siblings, Lynn Wolff (Jim) of Gleason, Dawn Winchell of Merrill, Pamela Wopp (Jim Banasik) of Merrill, Mary Fredrick (David) of Owen, Peggy Bowen of Merrill, Holly Bushar of Merrill and Bruce Bushar of Merrill; and her sister-in-law Cindy Bushar of Nashville, Tennessee..
In lieu of flowers, the family will be establishing a memorial fund in Doreen's name to benefit the music department at Fall River High School, Fall River, WI.
