He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Radke and Adline Radke (Klevine); his wife Bernice Radke; his son Jeff Radke; his son-in-law Norm Hass; and his brothers, Otis Radke and William Radke.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Hass, Donna Petruzates, Greg (Lori), Brian (Judy), Gary (Linda) and Larry (Debbie); and his daughter-in-law Karen Rice-Radke. He is also survived by sister: June Zimmerman, 12 grandkids and 20 great grandkids.
