He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Kufahl (Tony) of Wausau, Thomas Smith (Stacy) of Merrill and Betty Smith of Merrill; his stepgrandchildren, Austin Kufahl, Britney Gable and McKayla Gable; and his sister Marlene Smith of Green Bay.
