He was predeceased by: his father Clarence O. Polasek; and his sister Marion Streeter. He is survived by: his mother Rose Kleinschmidt (Kottman) of Merrill; and his sisters, Linda Paulsen of Merrill, Janice Schneider (Jim) of Merrill and Nancy Polasek of Wausau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
