She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hackbarth and Elizabeth Hackbarth (Jopke); and her brothers, Daniel and James. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Mootz of Merrill, WI; her children, Daniel Mootz of Chandler, AZ, Jane McCarthy (Kevin) of Aurora, CO, Sarah Miller (Paul) of Merrill, WI and Andrew Mootz (Emily) of Denver, CO; and her grandsons, Zachary, Tanner, Jacob, Nathaniel and Felix. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations in Charlotte's name be made to either the V.F.W. Post 1638 Auxiliary or Faith Lutheran Church.
