It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ceora P. Sabatke (Merrill, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 26, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Haffemann and Leona Haffemann (Grawien); her husband Gilbert; her daughter Darlene Schmitt (Sabatke); her son-in-law Larry Schmitt; her son Duwayne Sabatke; her brother Orville Haffemann; her brother-in-law Roger; her grandsons, Mark Ewan and Michael Ewan; her great grandchild Jacob Sabatke; and also, Butch Sabatke, Norman Sabatke and Elsie Sabatke.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Ewan (Sabatke), Mark Ewan of Athens, Steven Sabatke, Cindy Sabatke of Merrill and Deborah Harris (Sabatke) of Merrill; her grandchildren, Jeff Ewan, Amy Ewan of Weston, Jayna Brunke (Ewan), Cory Brunke of Athens, Pennie Sladky (Sabatke), Mike Sladky of Aniwa, Jordan Hensel, Becky Hensel of Kronenwetter, Paige Sabatke of Boston, Jillian Ewan of Athens, Rachel Sabatke of DePere and Cameron Hensel of Merrill; her sister Lenore English of Merrill; her sister-in-law Carol Haffemann of Wausau; and her great grandchildren, Colton Sladky, Elianna Sladky, Gavin Sladky, Lena Sladky, Lawson Sladky of Aniwa and Kylie Ewan of Weston. She is also survived by three nieces, four nephews and many cousins.
