She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold J. Sagstetter and Lillian E. Sagstetter (Bentz); her husband Robert Allen Grund (Bob); her brothers, Gerald, Elwood and Richard Sagstetter; and her sisters-in-law, Viola Loraine and Ingie.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Van Der (David), Bobbi Grund of Merrill, Thomas Grund (DeeDe) of Merrill, Jean Romatoski (Ronald) of Rhinelander, James Grund (Micel) of Indianapolis and Carrie Heckendorf (Dickie) of Merrill. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
Donations may be directed in Carol's name to the Lincoln County Humane Society, because of her love of animals.
