She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Brown and Evelyn Brown (Dix); her husband George Bauer; her sons, Greg and Rob; her siblings, Nancy Marth and James Brown; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Brown and Jack Gardner.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Wanta, Merrill, Tim Bauer, Kristi Stoltz, Tom Bauer (Kim), Kronenwetter, Laura Reeves (Terry), Michael Bauer (Tracy) and Marion; and her siblings, Sharon Gardner of Rochelle, IL and Robert Brown (Linda) of Brookfield, IL.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
