He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Bushar, Sr. and Patricia Bushar (Brown); his son Philip A Bushar; and his parents-in-law, Carl Mittelsteadt and Elaine Mittelsteadt (Wendt).
He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Bushar (Jamie) and Arick Bushar (Josey); his grandchildren, Ace Bushar, Hana Bushar and Alexander Bushar; and his siblings, Bruce Bushar, Doreen Viesselmann (David), Lynn Wolff (Jim), Dawn Winchell, Pamela Wopp (John), Mary Fredrick (David), Peggy Bowen and Holly Bushar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
