She was predeceased by: her father Frederick Polak; and her brother-in-law Bill Helminski. She is survived by: her sisters, Sue Myhre (Warren), Jane Helminski and Darlene Rethaber; and her nieces, Julianna Helminski, Kim Reid and Sue Lynn Myhre. She is also survived by three grand nieces.
