Alvin Forster Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Forster (Merrill, Wisconsin), who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Forster and Minnie Forster (Schulte); his parents-in-law, Hubert and Ruth Messerschmidt; and his siblings, Emil, Earl, Gilbert, Donald, Myron, Martha Winkleman and Evelyn Frazier.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Kaminski (David), Jill Hoffmaster (Ed) and Amy Kohnhorst (Dale); his grandchildren, Dan Kaminski (Megan), Nick Kaminski (Tracie), Mike Blaubach, Michele Hulce (Marshall), Joshua Kohnhorst (Mandi), Ashley Waldburger (Dustin Beekman) and Adam Kohnhorst (Jordyn); his great grandchildren, Drew, Mason, Layla, Kylie, Landan, Karson, Mariah (Mason), Mateo, Allie, Bailey, Maddie, Lacey and Luna; his siblings, Walter Forster (Mary Jane), Iona Fleishman, Helen Leavitt and Delores Heiser (Luis); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Forster, Rosanne Kluck, Joyce Messerschmidt, Pat Messerschmidt and Rodney Messerschmidt (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in loving memory of Alvin.
