He was predeceased by: his son Jay Lambert. He is survived by: his wife Charleen Lambert; his children, Joe, Jr. Lambert (Toni), Gary Lambert (Ann) and Jeanne Tonkinson; his daughter-in-law Jackie Lambert; and his stepchildren, Troy Tomsheck (Sheri) and Tracy Keers. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preferred memorials in Joe's memory may be made to the Salvation Army.
