He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jennifer Halaska (Chris) and Carmel Sweet (Mark); his grandchildren, Hannah, Ariana Halaska, Micah and Ellie Sweet; his siblings, Shirley Bankier (Mark Plotkin) and Reuben Bankier (Joan Gigl); and his nieces and nephews, Michel, Joey Bankier, Gabriel Plotkin (Talia) and Lilah Park (Brandon).
