He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Taxman and Fannie Taxman; his siblings, Henry Taxman (Rosemary), Joel Taxman (Esther) and Leah Temkin (Blair); and his niece Nancy Friedlander.
He is survived by: his significant other Myra Taxman (Sigman); his children, Jeffrey (Karine), Gary Taxman (Marci) and Andrea Taxman; his grandchildren, Karah Moreno Taxman, Jillian Taxman, Dietrich Tatum, Hilary Rieden (Kyle), Dyllan Taxman, Ethan Taxman, Paige Radke and Sam Taxman; and his great grandchild Autumn Moreno Debroux. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations appreciated to The UWM Foundation for the Benefit of the Royal and Myra Taxman Minority Scholarship Fund, The UW Madison Abe Sigman Law School Scholarship Fund or The JCC Faye Greenberg Sigman Family Camp Interlaken Scholarship Fund.
