He was predeceased by: his father George Haack; and his brothers, Tom Haack (Lisa) and Fred Haack. He is survived by: his mother Justine Haack (Nee Czarnecki); and his siblings, Mary VandenBusch (Mike), Nancy Booth (late Tom), Julie Fex (Randy), Charles Haack and Allison Hentzen (Tim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
