He was predeceased by: his parents, R. P. Stack and Jeanie Stack; and also, Don and Mary Ann Reis. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca (Nee Reis); his sons, Paul and Jonathan (Carly); and his sister Mary Mayr (Tom) of Franklin, WI. He is also survived by several in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
