She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Lewis and Helen Lewis; her spouse Dan Daly; her children, Jaci Hart (Brendan) and Alie Verbeten (Nick); her stepchildren, Matt Daly (Liz), Katie Lepley (Mike), Maureen Daly (Dan Belyusar) and Maggie Daly (David Margulies); and her siblings, Sharon Lewis (Pete Vandergrinten), Mike Lewis, Tim Lewis (Eileen), Sean Lewis and Julia Welser (Andrej). She was also cherished by relatives and many, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Megan's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance, or to the Catholic Relief Services.
