He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldred Trede and Mildred Trede; his father-in-law Kenneth Claffey; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Claffey, James Claffey and Karen Trede.
He is survived by: his wife Janice "Jan" Trede; his son Joel (Haley); his siblings, Donald (Sue), Brian Trede (Janice Hertz) and Susan Malahy (Mike); his mother-in-law Lynne Claffey; his grandchildren, Jace and Scarlett; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Claffey and Jane Claffey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
