She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr. David and Mary Ann Frew of Erie; her siblings, David Frew of San Ramon and Cheryl Heeneman of Aurora; her children, Noah Charles of Columbus, Abigail Charles of Milwaukee, Eden Charles of Amherst and Phineas Charles of Mequon; and her grandchildren, Adrian, Amelia and Amaria.
