He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fowler and Lydia Mueller Fowler; and his sister-in-law Margaret Nelson (late Neal). He is survived by: his former wife Angela Carroll; his wife Angie; his son Jamie Fowler (Julie Werner); his grandchildren, Devin Grosklaus (Wade), Sarah and James Fowler; his brother Richard Fowler (Diane); his sisters-in-law, Dianne Shreffler (Brad), Sheila Carroll, Connie Peterson (David), Colleen Eggers (Darrel) and Teresa Nichols (David); and his daughter-in-law Kathy Woelfel (Bryon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association or the charity of donor's choice.
