With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Guenter Schmidt of Mequon, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 6, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Schmidt and Luise Schmidt (Senger); and his siblings, Erika Illian and Gerhard. He is survived by: his wife Susan Schmidt; his children, Daniel Schmidt, Linda Vytlacil (Tom Sutton) and Timothy Schmidt (Molly); his grandchildren, Marie Sonsalla (Ben), Christine Wilson (Michael), David Schmidt (Emily), Max, Emma Vytlacil, Julia and William Schmidt; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Luke, William, Valerie, Victoria and Vivian; and his friend Jeff Holicek. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
