He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Mae and Rita Mae; and his sister Candace. He is survived by: his wife Lora; his daughters, Carmen Bulski (Dan), Michella Morgan (Steve) and Kimberly Mueller (Chris); his grandchildren, Emma, Scott, Cooper, Zechariah and Crosby; his siblings, Charles Colburn (Terry) and Christine Colburn; and his nephews, Kevin and Andrew.

In Lieu of flowers, donations to the American Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
