He is survived by: his wife Jayne Butlein; his children, Alexandra DeToro (John), David Butlein (Julia) and Adam Butlein-Greenspan (Katrina); his grandchildren, Annie, Jonah, Ella, Eve, Jake, Presley, Paloma and Evie; and his siblings, Elaine Kleinmann (Walter), Robin Yanes (David) and Marc Butlein (Michaele). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
