He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kiepert and Eleanore "Mimi" Kiepert (Nee Jeske); his former wife Harriet; and his sister Marion Leopold. He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Nee Zimdars); his children, Penny Gruettner (David), Peggy Krueger (Carl) and Proud; his grandchildren, Benjamin Gruettner (Peggy), Matthew Gruettner, Nicole Bricco (Matthew) and Brittany Mullins (Barry); and his great grandchildren, Carter Gruettner, Brody Bricco, Nolan Bricco and Kira Bricco. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
