He is survived by: his children, John Kushner, Lane Therell of Napa, Beth Kushner and Marc Rasansky of Milwaukee; his sisters, Libby Herson of Framingham, Massachusetts. and Cicely Nathan of Framingham, Massachusetts.; and his children, Nepal, Spain and Israel.
