He is survived by: his husband Violet "Vi" Ulrich; his children, Connie Ulrich, Lisa Fitzgerald (Dann), Valerie Polubinsky (Peter), Douglas Ulrich (Jackie) and Danny Ulrich; his grandchildren, Katie, Tyler, Madelyn, Benjamin, Dustin and Rachel; his sibling Robert Ulrich (Pat); and his significant other Louie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorials to the church would be deeply appreciated in lieu of flowers.
