He was predeceased by: his daughter Laura; his brother Carl Franceschi (late Irene); and his nephew Larry Franceschi (Sally). He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, Paul (Allison Amon), John (Kristen) and Ron Franceschi; his grandchildren, Bruno, Thea Amon-Franceschi, Anna and Alex Franceschi; his nephews, Mark (Heather), Mike and Dan Gross (Karen); and his brother-in-law Jim Gross (Kathy). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society appreciated.
