He was predeceased by: his siblings, Helen Augustine, Clementine Strok, Anna Mack, Mary Bryja, Louis Kalina, John Kalina, George Kalina, Martin Kalina, Albert Kalina and Joseph Kalina.
He is survived by: his family Lawrence "Larry" Andrew Kalina; his wife Barbara Ann Porter; his sons, John Kalina (Michelle), Anoka, Minn, Lawrence Jr. Kalina (Teresa), Matthew Kalina (Lisa), Scottsdale, Ariz, Paul Kalina (Jane), James Kalina (Kim) and Minneapolis; and his grandson Stephan Kalina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Defenders of Wildlife, Nature Conservancy; The Trees Remebmer and Wildlife Conservation Society.
