With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathryn G. Bates (Menomonie, Wisconsin), born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on May 5, 2021 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathryn G. Bates to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kate Adair and Clarence Bateman; her husband Bob Bates; her sister Velma Rae Craft; her daughter Debbie Green; and her stepdaughter Carol Ann Bates.
She is survived by: her son Dee David Daniel; her stepdaughter Cathy Walkinshaw (John); her grandchildren, Paul Simpson, Mae Simpson (Zac Rubenzer), Jill Crownover (Jeff), Jeff Walkinshaw (Sarah) and Jennifer Kriegel (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Emory, Drew, Elliott, James, Kade, Hannah, Annalynn and Eve. She is also survived by family members and friends.
To help protect the safety of all attending the service, face masks are encouraged.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Stepping Stones of Dunn County.
