He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kazmierkoski and Agnes Kazmierkoski (Kodesh) of Bruce. He is survived by: his siblings, Marie Johnson (Dick) of Cameron and Ray (Ginger) of Peyton, CO; his nieces, Kim Benton (Pat) of Roanoke, Virginia and Jodi Hayden (Scott) of Bloomer; and his nephew Shanan Kazmierkoski of Radisson. He is also survived by great nieces/nephews and cousins.
