We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2023, at the age of 84, Earl E. Vance of Menomonie, Wisconsin, born in Clayton, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willam Vance and Lilly Vance (Brackee). He is survived by: his wife Jean Lecander of Savior's Lutheran Church; and his sister Loretta "Goldie" Mattson of Alaska. He is also survived by 50 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
