She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kerg and Elva "Florence" Kerg (Allen); her husband Carl Oebser; her son Daniel; her son-in-law Arnold Kimbrel; and her siblings, Lloyd, Raymond Kerg and Lorraine Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Sara) of Hudson, Richard of Woodbury, MN, Rosanne Schauf (John) of Menomonie, Susan Laurila (Dennis) of Phillips, Sally Kimbrel of Woodbury, MN and Christine Vickers (Jeff) of Greeley, CO. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
