He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick and Marlene. He is survived by: his children, Shauna Collver (Dave) and Jon Petri (Kathy); his grandchildren, Niya, Addi and Gaven; his siblings, Dan (Shirley), Todd (Sue) and Denise Herbert (Gary); and his godsons, Nick, Blake and Evan.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Schramka-Herrick Funeral Home (W164 N9034 Water St, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
