Nee Kozlowski) Of Hubertus. Born to eternal life August 3, 2022 at the age of 75. Loving wife of Lawrence of 51 years. Loving mother of Brian (Michelle) and Dan (Christina). Special granny to Milana. Sister of Walt (Tricia) Kozlowski. Special cousin to Gail Siewert, Barb Hinowicz and Marggie (Bob) Hubacek. Loving aunt and godmother to Mike (Cathy) Kozlowski. Loving aunt of Lisa (George) Kozlowski-Riekerk. Further survived by many other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents Walter and Harriet Kozlowski.
Susan was a super proud registered nurse of 54 years.
Visitation at the funeral home in Menomonee Falls Thursday, August 11 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Memorial Mass will be celebrated the following day Friday, August 12 at 10:00 AM at ST. GABRIEL CATHOLIC PARISH, 1200 St Gabriel Way, Hubertus, WI 53033. Private inurnment at Washington County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to American Lung Association or St. Gabriel Parish in Hubertus.
