Roger Clark Radebaugh Obituary
Roger Radebaugh, 84, entered into eternal life on March 20, 2025, in Menomonee Falls, WI. He was born on July 12, 1940, in Dunkirk, New York, to Clark and Adeline Radebaugh and grew up in Walworth, WI. He married Betty Remmers on September 26, 1964, in Wausau, WI. Roger graduated from Spencerian College with a business degree in accounting. He retired after 26 years from Firstar Bank (US Bank).
Roger was an avid golfer all his life and was a long-time member of Tuckaway Country Club. He was dedicated to jogging and finished the Mayfair Marathon in 1978 and had run 24, 000 miles by 1998. One of his hobbies was building balsa wood model airplanes and having them on display at his home. Sports were an important part of his life, and he rarely missed watching golf, the Brewers, Badgers, and Packers games. He loved his retirement with Betty, and they enjoyed traveling to many places around the world. They spent 10 wonderful years in Cherokee Village, AR., and 10 years in Branson, MO., before moving back closer to family in Wisconsin.
Above all else, he had a deep Christian faith and considered his family his greatest blessing.
Beloved husband of Betty of 60 years. Loving father of Jill (Jeremy) Vance, Karen (Michael) Screnock, and Ann (Jeff) Stodola. Loving grandpa to 9 grandchildren: Brandon (Katie) Vance, Allison (Ben) Henry, Cara Vance, Bethany Vance, Nathan (Wen) Screnock, Joel (Abby) Screnock, Matthew Screnock, Ryan (Aly) Stodola, and Eric (Laura) Stodola. Dear great grandpa of 10: Lydia, Landon, Evelyn, Theodore, Hazel, Micah, Luke, Rory, Hugh, and Wyatt.
He is also survived by his brother, Richard (Dian) Radebaugh and his nieces and nephews. Preceding his death were his parents, Clark and Adeline Radebaugh, and his sister, Janet Cannon.
Roger's. Celebration of Life will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 5th at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home (N84 W17937 Menomonee ave. Menomonee Falls, WI 53051). His entombment will be in a Columbarium in Cherokee Village, AR.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Diabetes Association (https://diabetes.org), National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and American Cancer Society are appreciated.
