He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leigh Winston and Veronica Natalie Beyerl; his wife Nancy; his sons, Mark (RaeAnn) and Kurt; his grandchildren, Joseph (Sarah), Adam, Kayleigh and Kieryn; his sister-in-law Bonnie; his niece Erica Bennett (Matthew); his nephew Timothy; his stepson Craig Birchhill; and his brother Robert.
