She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Hays (John), Phillip Kalt and Sarah Hennemann (Gabriel); her grandchildren, Erin (Bob), Hannah, Elisa, Jack, Bethany, Grace, Charles, Therese, George, Elisabeth, Rosalia, Daniel, Catherine, Michael and Nathaniel; her mother Betty O'Sullivan; and her siblings, Kathy, Jerry, Mary Ellen and Bill. She is also survived by other relatives and cherished friends.
