Kathleen Ann Rabideau Obituary

Kathleen Ann (Kate) Rabideau passed away on May 27, 2024, in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

Kate was born on November 4, 1938, to Bob and Ethel Basten in Green Bay. It was there she married her beloved husband Don in November of 1957.

Together they enjoyed raising their daughters Mary and Peggy, watching their grandchildren grow, and being in the outdoors whether it be camping in their early years, traveling in their RV in retirement years or reading in their backyard in their later years. Kate loved to knit, and her afghans will be treasured keepsakes.

Kate will forever be held in the hearts of her survivors, husband Donald L Rabideau, daughters Mary (Jim) Dorsey, Peggy (Ken) Clusman; grandchildren Matt (Staci) Dorsey, Megan (Andy) Lasch, Mitchell Clusman, Steve (Erika) Clusman; greatgrandchildren Emmie, Colin and Ian Dorsey, Ella Lasch, Peyton and Theo Clusman. Sister Marilyn Clancy; sister-in-law Barb Basten; brothers-in-law Ken (Marilyn) Rabideau, Jim (Diane) Rabideau; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Kate is preceded in death by her parents and brother John E. Basten.

Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital and Horizon Homecare & Hospice who so lovingly cared for Kate.

A private celebration of Kate's life will be held later.
